• Error texts: cause + solution (“Password incorrect. Please re-enter.”)
• Notifications: helpful and solution-oriented phrasing

• The glossary in Weblate supports consistent use of terminology
• Terms stored in the glossary are suggested during the translation process, ensuring uniform usage across the software interface
• Maintaining and updating the glossary is essential to guarantee accuracy and reliability of translations

SIMStation Weblate Contributor License Agreement

Version 1.0 – October 31, 2025

By submitting translations to SIMStation Weblate, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

You grant SIMStation GmbH a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and

display your contributions in SIMStation software and related products.

You retain ownership, but SIMStation can use your contributions without restrictions.

2. Your Representations

You confirm that:

• Your contributions are your own or you have the right to submit them.
• Your contributions do not violate any third-party rights and are free of malware or harmful code.

3. No Compensation

Your contributions are voluntary. You will not receive payment or royalties.

4. Confidentiality

Any non-public information you receive from SIMStation in connection with contributions must remain confidential.

5. Legal

• This CLA is governed by Austrian law.
• This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and SIMStation regarding your contributions.
